Asian Salmon with couscous and vegtable stir fry
this is good stuff....
mix 4T. olive oil, 2T. dijon, 3Tsoy sauce, and 3T.honey. Use 1/2 and marinade the salmon for about 20 min. ( i used wild sockeye salmon a little more expensive, but so worth it) I cooked the salmon stovetop (med high, in a non stick skillet) about 4 min on each side. Make some couscouse throw some veggies in a skillet or wok and cook on high with a little peanut oil (i used mushrooms, brocolli & red peppers) add some salt and pepper and cook until crisp tender(about 10 min). Top Salmon with remaining sauce, or add it to your vegtables and top with cilantro and scallions...mmmmmm
