Bewitched [1964, 8 seasons]
Samantha, Darrin, Endora, Tabitha, Mr. Tates, and the nosy female neighbor from across the street. This show was about a witch that married a mortal and all the shenanigans they get themselves into. I think the special effects were pretty great considering this was in the mid '60s.

I Dream of Jeannie [1965, 5 seasons]
Barbara Eden as Jeannie is absolutely beautiful! This show is about an astronaut-Major Anthony Nelson that found a genie (Jeannie) on a beach one day during his expedition with NASA. Along with his best friend Roger Healy and the suspecting psychiatrist Dr. Bellows, this show also had great special effects for its time. Sometimes you forget that there was barely any special effects during the '60s with all that we have now.

The Monkees [1968, 2 seasons]
I love this band! Although none of them had magic, it was still pretty fun to watch the lot of them with their accents.

M*A*S*H [1972, 11 seasons]
Who can forget the unique voice of Alan Alda? It took me a little longer to appreciate this show, but it kind of shows a different aspect on TV than the other shows at that time.

Full House [1987, 8 seasons]
Danny Tanner, DJ, Stephanie, Michelle, Uncle Joey, Uncle Jesse made this show pretty awesome! This one was a little different in that the family portrayed lacked any female influence, and it gave a better image of fathers and relatives as the ones in charge.

Family Matters [1989, 9 seasons]
Steve Urkel with his pants pulled up a mile high and love for cheese, this was a great TV family that introduced an African American family that was different than a typical white American family.

Step by Step [1991, 7 seasons]
I actually watched this one while it was still in production (most of the others I saw wayy after production, which is obvious because I clearly was not born at the time) and I don't really remember much from this show. I just remember Suzanne Somers and a family.

Home Improvement [1991, 8 seasons]
Everybody loves Tim Allen as Tim-the-tool-man-Taylor with his wife Jill, and 3 sons Brad, Randy, and Mark. Alongside with Tim's know-it-all assistant Al and next door neighbor Wilson, this show was pretty hilarious and a great family show.

The Nanny [1991, 6 seasons]
Fran Drescher as the nasal-voiced nanny, and the handsome British Mr. Sheffield made this show pretty unique. I used to love this show so much as a kid.

7th Heaven [1996, 11 seasons]
I only watched the first maybe 4 seasons of this before it got weird. I loved Eric and Annie Camden and their kids: Matt, Mary, Lucy, Simon, and Ruthie. It pretty much started going downhill when the actors/actresses for Matt, Mary, and Simon left.

Boy Meets World [1993, 7 seasons]
Cory, Topanga, Shawn, Eric, and Mr. Feeny. The greatest cast ever. I felt this show was pretty great because it sent out a message to all of its young viewers and kind of taught them things. (ie: drinking, abuse, etc)

3rd Rock from the Sun [1996, 6 seasons]
Tommy was my favorite. With Dick, Sally, and Harry, this dysfunctional alien family was quite hilarious, especially when they encounter things they have never seen or heard before. They were all great actors/actresses.

Sabrina, the Teenage Witch [1996, 8 seasons]
Melissa Joan Hart is beautiful. This teenage witch tries to make do of her magic work and high school all at the same time. Her cool aunt Hilda (Caroline Rhea) and genius aunt Zelda (Beth Broderick) try to make life just a little easier for Sabrina, as she gets into a lot of trouble with her magic and some due to their talking cat Salem.
