Introduction

Don't be embarrassed. Sure some people enjoy listening to NPR or watching the History Channel. But there is nothing to be ashamed of about loving these deliciously trashy shows.

1

The Real World Las Vegas Reunited

It was terrible the first time around. Five years later it's even worse. Absolutely fantastic.
2

The Hills

Watching spoiled rich girls make stupid mistakes with men. What's not to like?
3

Trading Spouses

God Warrior. Need I say more?

Please note- this is the Fox version of the less trashy trading spouses which doesn't even compare
4

Flavor of Love

You start watching and think, "This is too much even for me. I can't watch this garbage." Then three hours later you are still watching and loving every minute.
5

I Love New York

See above re: Flavor of Love
6

Celebrity Fit Club

Fat B-list celebs. This is a winning formula.
7

Laguna Beach

The predecessor to the Hills. Great. But not as great as the Hills.
8

My Super Sweet 16

Someone needs to put these girls (and their parents) out of their misery.
9

Engaged and Underaged

A complete trainwreck. I can't wait until someone makes a "where are they now" in a few years.

Thank you for showing love to "Super Sweet Sixteen", if you want to know why the rest of the world hates us. Spend a half hour watching this.

This is pathetic; but I can get sucked into The Simple Life. I'm so ashamed...
