Introduction
Some of these I watched with my family, some with my best friends (depended on the year).
1
Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom
Remember Jim was always in the thick of things and Merlin was up in the helicopter, safely away from the alligators and the snakes and the tigers ("Watch Jim as he sneaks up behind this alligator...").
2
Wide World of Disney
Came on right after Wild Kingdom. Remember Tinkerbell flying around and dinging Cinderella's castle with her wand?
3
The Carol Burnett Show
Hilarious. Tim Conway was my fave and my favorite skit was Carol Burnett dressed in the curtains as Scarlet in "Went With The Wind."
4
Miss America Pageant
Every September we'd watch and have our own vote on who we'd like to win. I think in those days, Miss Texas always won.
5
Hee Haw
Love that Buck Owens and Roy Clark!
6
Star Trek
This was on every day at 4pm. My friend Kristin and I would make sure our homework was done and then quoted every line. We knew which episode it was in the first 5 seconds.
7
Starsky and Hutch
Well, Kristin liked this one better than me. I was into....
8
The Dukes of Hazzard
Yeah! Love the General Lee. I think it was about this time I discovered beer. Sorry, Beau and Luke. It was great while it lasted.
Dukes was, and still is, awesome. You can still drink beer today while watching reruns. The best of both worlds.

I think we must have lived in the same house. Maybe I am your older sister.

I laugh to myself and sometimes out loud just thinking of tim conway and harvey korman in the carol burnett show. Probably some of the funniest stuff I have ever seen.
