Yeah, so did you see the time travel plot line coming? I love this show sooo much.

I did not see the time travel plot coming. There are so many unanswered old questions it's a bit frustrating to have new mysteries.
What happened to the black smoke?

What was the big monster that moved huge trees and killed the pilot? It couldn't have been a polar bear.

Is Dharma still dropping supplies? I'm just thinking here that they must be since Hurley never gets any thinner.

I like to look on some of the blog sites and see what people pick up that is way over my head like the CS Lewis reference with Charlotte's name and that the last name of Daniel is the same as a real, famous physicist.

Ol' Hippie, you probably grasp a lot more of that than I do.

Pam, I haven't been watching this series, but my husband is a big fan of it. He now has the box series sets of seasons 1 through 3 on DVD, and he's loving it because there are all kinds of extra features on the disks with information from the creators. This includes lost flashbacks that were unaired and which reveal more secrets, how the show was conceived, and all sorts of other tidbits and things you might have missed watching it through the first time.

well, Pam, I'm loving, but not grasping this season. We have two groups, minumum. The original Dharma people found the island, and were testing it's powers. Ben and maybe one or two of the others, killed all of the Dharma people, threw them in the pit, and took over the island. The island was protected from detection by the outside world by a shield; when the timer expired the shield collapsed, and now outsiders can see the island. The folks on the frieghter were looking for the island for scientific reasons; they may or may not be funded by Whitmore, who Sahid may or may not have killed in the future. They may or may not be the original Dharma people who want their island back, Whitmore may or may not have been the head of Dharma.

We are now developing two groups of survivors; those who do not want to leave the island, and those who do. I feel a deal coming.
