Introduction
I've realised that a lot of my day revolves around Google. I have a gmail account, iGoogle is my homepage, I use Youtube, I read my RSS feeds using Google Reader, I have a Google Notebook application to assist with 'the lump' and at work I use Google Earth as well. So, as big as it is, could it get bigger? I put my googling brain in gear, and think what products could, should (and some that they probably wont) be next from Google HQ.
And if you liked this list, you may also like 'this week in lumps', where I discuss the newly launched Ask.com with Google, to see who is the true king of Internet searching! http://thelump.wordpress.com/
Google Browser
Possibly Googles next direction, taking on the Browser giants such as IE, Safari and Firefox. Combining the in-built Google extensions that are available for most browsers, and making much better use of the Google toolbar, to create a multi-platform browser to optimize your Internet time.
Google Music
Using examples such as iLike, and Last.fm, Google will edit the Google Talk plug-in to find who's listening to what, and when, and sharing all this info with friends.
Google Life
Using the already existing Google Earth software, and the possibility of a social bookmarking future, Google may add both together, and create some kind of online 'world' where you (or your online creation) can stroll around your online world without leaving your sofa.
Google Networking
Despite having Orkut nearly ready to be launched to everyone and their dog, Google go one step further, and utilize this not only with iGoogle, Google Talk (and the above Google Music) but also with Youtube so that unlike Myspace, Youtube videos will not look out of place on your profile.
Google Government
Not knowing when to call it a day, Google decide they have enough money to run for Presidency, win, and then announce a Google Day on our calender.
Google TV
Realising most TV is rubbish, Google spend a bit more money on their own TV station, using Google Adsense in between programs, and creating some kind of crazy Google search feature instead of a TV schedule, for programs you want to watch, when you want to watch them.
