The Wayback Machine (Internet Archive)

www.archive.org/index.php

If you are of my generation, you might remember the Mr. Peabody and Sherman segments on the old Rocky and Bullwinkle Show cartoon.

"In the series, Peabody constructed for his and Sherman's use the WABAC (pronounced "wayback") machine, its name also a play on early computers such as UNIVAC and ENIAC. The WABAC was a time machine which Peabody and Sherman would use to travel back in time to witness various historical events." (from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Peabody)

The Wayback Machine (also known as The Internet Archive) can help you find old versions of current websites or image captures of websites that no longer exist. "The Internet Archive is building a digital library of Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form. Like a paper library, we provide free access to researchers, historians, scholars, and the general public."

Monk-e-mail

www.careerbuilder.com/monk-e-mail/Default.aspx?cb…

At Monk-e-mail you can build your own humorous ecard to send to your friends and family. Choose a chimpanzee, add clothes and accessories, then choose the audio to accompany it. You may choose from a pre-recorded message, a text to speech message where you type the message you want the chimp to say and choose the voice you want him to say it in, a message in your own voice by phone, or a message in your own voice recorded by a microphone plugged into your computer. These can be quite funny and are fun to do because you are part of the creative process.
