Introduction
We're from Chicago; we're used to it. But sometimes it's just hard to go along with it.
1
Two Words
Quarterback controversy

2
Still Smarting
We're still smarting over the Superbowl loss last year.
3
Bear Down
The song tells us to "Bear Down," but sometimes we just can't bear down enough.
4
Devin Hester
He can't play every position.

5
12 Noon
It's not a Bears game if all of them but 2 or 3 aren't at 12 noon.
6
We Lie About Green Bay
We lie when we say we don't care if the only game they win all year is against Green Bay. It's just a bold-faced lie.
7
Lance Briggs
He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident after crashing his Lamborghini. Will he be charged with the same crime if he leaves the Bears after this season?

Isn't being a Bears fan difficult every year? I remember the Bledsoe years and earlier for the Patriots, we were in the same boat.... just plain awful.

Not every year, no. It wasn't difficult last year when they made it to the Super Bowl, and it definitely wasn't difficult for several of the seasons in the 80s. But the 90s and some of the 2000s, yes very difficult!

I forgot about your Superbowl run last year... brainfart!! At least we can both feel pity for Oakland fans :)

It's never hard being a Bears Fan. The history, no matter what team you support, you will never have the history of the Bears.
Halas

The Fridge
Red Grange
Ditka
Trying to keep from being run over by Halas in his golf cart. Holding the big guys cigarettes while they ran laps. Shagging punts for Bobby Joe Green. And how many more championships would The Bears have won in the 60s if Willie Gallimore hadn't been killed?

PS - I like Urlacher - that's all I know about The Bears.
