The beatings he gave his wife became public knowledge. Monzón was detained by the police repeatedly. His wife wore sunglasses often, presumably to hide her bruises, and many times, paparazzi had to be hospitalized from the beatings suffered at the hands of Monzón, who had unpredictable violent outbreaks.
He married his second wife, Alicia Muñiz. In 1988; he allegedly beat Muñiz so many times that she, scared and bloody, ran to the balcony of their second floor apartment. According to the investigation performed later, he followed her there, grabbed her by the neck, and then picked her up and pushed her off the balcony, to her death.

You really should consider Argentinean boxer Carlos Monzon. The former Middleweight World Champion was a notorious wife beater, and in 1988 he ended up throwing his 3rd wife of a balcony, killing her. He got an 11 year prison sentence, but died 7 years later when he crashed his car during a weekend furlough. Next to his resume, Ron Mexico looks like an innocent kid stomping on ants.

How about stadium vendors that charge $7-10 for a warm, flat beer! They are the true sports criminals, and they are everywhere.
The hairbags above are all scum as well. Good list.

A lot of rich athletes are criminals in some ways of others. It is a side effect caused by being so rich. We live in an overly materialized world. What about use some of those money to help other less fortunate people to better lives? True happiness are often traded for quick enjoyment. Very sad...

I think we should add to this list all the entire Seattle Mariners front office. To field a team this bad has to be criminal.
