Introduction
Here's a list of websites you should go first before doing any online shopping. Feel free to comment and share anything I may have left out.

1
Pricegrabber.com
Online comparison of web merchants. If there is a certain product, simply type in the search box what you are looking for and if there is a merchant (or several merchants) offering the same product, you can compare the best prices. Works best with big, name brand items. Also, you save a hell of a lot more than buying from a traditional brick and mortar corporate business.
2
Shopping.com
Pretty much the same as Pricegrabber.com (but it's always best to use 2 or more sites to make sure you are getting the best deals across the web). Also, some comparison sites have slightly more listings and other options than their competitors.
3
Bizrate.com
Who says there can't be 3 similar sites? After all, we got Yahoo!, Google, and Microsoft's MSN. Not to mention... Dogpile, Ask.com (or previously Askjeeves.com), among others.
4
Craigslist.com
Local classifieds website. Not a bad idea if you can find a deal around your area.
5
6
Ebay.com
Online auction site normally has one of the lowest prices and bargain hunters. Widest selection. You can almost find anything here, including big name and rare and collectible items.
7
Google Base
Trust me, in the future... You will probably turn to this first. Compiles a huge directory of many small online stores as well as big name websites. Consider it Google's work-in-progress and future largest web shopping directory.
8
9
Amazon.com
Not just a book retailer, this online site has plenty of sellers and the best discounts on reading materials... period.

Thanks, I just printed it off and put it in my new OML notebook.
