when someone leaves their house sporting an outfit that's four sizes too small and they're spilling out all over the place.
my dad was a doctor that smoked, it killed him at age 50. it's amazing how unhealthy most healthworkers are. i grew up around many. also, my wife works in a pharmacy at a local clinic, everytime i pick her up for lunch, there's a half-dozen fat girls in scrubs, puffing away on the curb, outside. rain or shine.
