i know everybody has their personal favorites . . . and mine do vary day to day - but these are the currents
and since i really hate complainers :) . . . i will follow up this list with things that are great!

Flicking Cigarettes out Car Windows
EW. Don't do it . . . it is gross, dangerous and disgusting. You wouldn't throw your chewed gum or used condoms on the ground and at least those don't start fires.
Besides, the world we live in is gross enough - i hate to use such a crappy cliche but don't be apart of the problem be apart of the solution.

The fact that my iPod will not update wirelessly
no i do not want to plug in every time i decide to purchase a random song off iTunes, nor do i ever remember to do this.

Small Closets
Closets should be at least as big as bathrooms, period
I agree with #2!! It drives me crazy that the radio won't stop playing songs over and over and over!! I use to love Hender's "You deserve much better than me" until I heard it everyday..every hour..every freakin time I was in my car!
Good list! No. 2 is particularly annoying. I loaded "Hey There Delilah" by Plain White Ts on my player a couple of months ago. So far today, I've heard it about eight times. When it shuffled up on my player at the gym today, I was so sick of it, I skipped it. And don't get me started on John Mayer.
