Introduction
these are things that are oh so bad but oh so good.
fried food
french fries, fried chicken, potato chips, greasy chicken wings, fried pickles. i'm salivating.
laziness
wouldn't it be great to lie on the couch and burn 300 calories in 30 minutes? this gym stuff is for the birds.
soda / pop / coke
just read today that one soda a day - EVEN DIET SODA - increases your risk of heart disease. i'm sure - it's a can o' chemicals. but those sweet fizzy bubbles in my belly are so good.
t.v.
forget about your troubles, worries, concerns, responsibility. just park yourself and veg out. you have nothing to think about. let the t.v. feed you.
credit cards
you want it? get it! it's yours! you'll look so cute...!!! just buy it! worry about it later...it'll make you happy right now!

gossip
tantalizing gossip can be so exciting - and evil.
tabloid magazines
US weekly, OK!, people, inTouch, etc. you're reading crap, and it feels fine enough until you finish and feel nauseous.
internet lurking
myspace and facebook lend themselves to lurking. you find yourself feeling invasive and a bit creepy.
ignorance
the world's problems bear a very heavy burden. what can one person do? just brush it off. but that's weak.
staying up late
all kinds of fun little distractions to keep you from going to bed (OML). wouldn't it be great if you didn't have to worry about being tired in the morning?
CHOCOLATE - I know they are saying that dark chocolated can be good for you; but not in the one pound bar.

AHHH...i read that thing about the soda today, too. dr pepper is my one treat i look forward to every day. how can i give it up? i feel like i have no choice, though. heart disease, diabetes, slower metabolism or something really annoying like that? those things would suck.

i try to be a healthy person. i work out (jogging only but shh.) i choose water over soda (some days) but i could never give up potato chips. as far as the whole heart disease thing b/c of soda... here's my take on it: you're gonna die. die doing what you like. (at least im not smoking or worse) ps i apologize to smokers and sorry about the little rant.

ahy kind of pie. Some have fruit cherry, blueberry, strawberry, lemon, and then ther is pumpkin which I think is a vegetable. So I guess pie is good for you.
