things I'm doing this weekend

This is a huge, FREE, three day music festival in Golden Gate Park. I think there are 5 stages this year with all kinds of different acts. You just bring some blankets/chairs, cooler, whatever else and watch some good music. Check out the line up. I am going to check out Jeff Tweedy tomorrow. Other people OnMyList (ha) of people to see are Dave Grisman, Bela Fleck, Gillian Welch, Blanche, Hot Buttered Rum, Keller Williams, and whatever else I stumbleupon.

This is one of those things that make SF a pretty damn cool place.

6:15PM Saturday. Mizzou has the chance to start 5-0 and take an impressive lead in the Big 12 North. ESPN. Time to make a statement. I know our offense can put up points with anyone in the country but can our defense hold for a full game?

The other place I'd like to be if not in SF would be Columbia, MO. With an 8:15 game time its sure to get naughty.

As I write this list now I am watching the Blue Angels make numerous test runs around the city. They are flying right in by my front windows and shaking the house. Those things are AWESOME. Kelly loves planes so hopefully I can give her her fill in a few hours on Sunday and we can get back over the Bluegrass festival.
