this city is chock-full of things to do. this list is to help me keep track of it all and make sure i get it done.

i've heard the tour is great. and there's no other place quite like it. if only those walls could talk.

angel island

angel island was the ellis island of the west coast. there was an immigration station where hundreds of thousands of people entered the united states (mainly asians). also served as a quarantine station and embarking station for WWI and WWII. no cars allowed. great views and bike paths.
 
 

muir woods

a beautiful redwood forest right over the golden gate bridge. trails to hike, but no pets allowed.

s.f. modern art museum located downtown.
