Why I Love Him

When he smiles, something deep down inside goes aflutter, and I find myself making ways to make it happen again and again.

Not even to eachother always, just the conversations. I can always smile and laugh when we start talking. Even when I start crying, he doesn't always say something, and it helps.

Not much to say, as nobody knows him. He just oozes that "I hate the world" and I just want to be the person to make him fix that.

When we talk late at night, he actually listens, and doesn't just keep going on and on about himself. He listens and talks back to me about what I'm saying. Unlike the rest of my friends who I sit with and have a pity party and compare problems, and never resolve anything.

When my friends all hated him, he even went behind my back to get on their good side (the only good backstabbing I have ever had) and worked hard to get them onto his side. He did this because he knew I was in a bind and falling apart being in the middle.

A little of my stress is gone, since they are all friends now. I can rest assured that I wont have to choose between him and them, and it meant so much to me and still does every time they talk. I don't have to have "two me's" for them.

The only person who took me for me when I was going through a transition in middle school trying to find myself. Even as my old friends have came and gone, he has been there for me. Now, when I need him most, he's here, even though he doesn't know it.

I just fell in love with him the first time we talked. I dont even know how to describe it, but I can't stand it. I just care about him so much it hurts, and I want to mean a lot to him, and I like to think I do.
