Introduction
I understand Raant has been under the weather. We miss his laser listing and rabid rants,
SO this list will contain many warm, fuzzy elements that will surely lower his blood pressure, raise his immune system and get him on the road to recovery.
Raant, just follow these recommendations and you will soon be back to snuff...Oh, no snuff.

Get the raccoon off your face. Fresh air will improve your lungs and get oxygen to sickly cells.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, before they eat you.
Lots of anti-oxidants help the immune system.

Curl up on the couch with your cuddly cat. People with pets live longer and happier.

Oh, GRACIOUS! Kick the cat off the couch and curl up in the recliner with your dog.
Cats are in it for themselves anyway.

Mercy! Save the chicken for soup, kick the dog out of the recliner and let the dog and cat have each other.

Chicken soup cures everything.

Listen to soft, piano music. It will keep your blood pressure down.

Wear a hat. Most body heat is lost through the head.

Don't move heavy objects. Especially pianos out in the woods.

Let people wait on you.
