Introduction

Everyone complains about illegal aliens, but here are some things our friends from South of the Border have done for me.

Built my McMansion

Here in Texas everyone has a McMansion. If not for the illegals my house would have cost 3X what I paid. Thanks illegals!

Wash my Car for Cheap!

$8 for a handjob! What a great deal, thanks illegals!

Maid Service

Hello, can you say GREAT DEAL? Well I can, though the Red Hot Chili Peppers got it wrong with their song, "Sexy Mexican Maid" more like, "Back breaking labor makes you look old before your time maid".

Gardening and Landscaping

If you have ever mowed your Grass in the Texas heat? If so, you know the value of a dollar when paying the landscapers! God Bless 'em!

Perfect Service at McDonalds

I am not sure these are illegals but the service from the Hispanics at this establishment is top notch!

Painting

I hired 2 painters for a couple of hundred to paint around my house. Man I felt like the Heffe!

Stonework

One thing I can say about this is, excellent, these guys work for about 1/4 the cost of Union and they create some spectacular brick and stone edifices. My McMansion is about 4/5 th's covered in brick. Send them home? Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!

Mission Style Burritos

Well in Dallas they aint quite as good, but they are learning! Without the blessed illegals our food would taste like shite! Boiled cabbage and corned beef anyone?

I dislike this list so much I had to comment how much I dislike it. I don't like the "Southern Speech" list either, but not so much that I'd comment, but this one is offensive to me.

Well I would have to thank you for commenting. Offensive? we are talking about felons here. I think the other lists have much more offensive material. I am making a point, one that we are all gaining benefits because of illegal immigration, and two that it is impossible not to benefit. I think you may not want to surf the interent if you are easily offended. BTW I am an immigrant, I did so legally.

Yes there are things that could be offensive in other lists. Is there a real and large problem with illegal immigrants in this country? Yes. However the thing that struck me as most offensive about your list, other than the tone of the language was this:

(FWIW, I'm not an immigrant, but my parents were, legally as well. And they worked hard and did it all right and put me in a pretty good position in life. And I grew up in a town with a pretty decent population of immigrants, illegal or otherwise, so it's not like I don't have a frame of reference.)

Well the McDonalds reference is because I could not understand the servers, but they did get my food to me quickly. Point is, if they are not illegal Mexican or Latin Americans why are they insistent on speaking Spanish to me? I guess the term "Hispanic" is offensive since it is a made up term from the Guvmint.
