Small things that are random details that I enjoy

The sound of my metal shower curtain rings

The sound they makes as I open and close the shower curtain. That ZING!

Crisp autumn weather

One of my ideal afternoons: crisp autumn afternoon, driving with windows open (top down if applicable), heat seaters on, to a nice picnic somewhere.

Creme brulee

While I enjoy the dessert, but the thing I like most (not lifted from Amelie I swear) is breaking the crust.

Pictures of my dog running

Especially the ones where he's "midflight"

Nature smells

Like ocean breezes, cut grass, after the rain, etc.

Having my iPod love me

When it hits that group of great songs in shuffle mode that I don't have to skip a single one for awhile.

Little kids (approx 3 years old) holding soda cans

Well not soda anymore, though it was okay when I was growing up. But the cans look SO HUGE in the little kids' hands. Absolute hilarity.

Watching my dog fall asleep

It's the same as people, but funnier to see my dog's eyes start to droop, then him try to keep them open, then finally shut. Then he closes them SO tight. Makes me chuckle every time.

These are lovely. I am inspired to prepare such a list of my own. (Autumn weather is awesome. Makes me cry sometimes. And yes about the crust on creme brulee.)
