Voteboob is a cross between Digg and porn, where users can submit and review content then vote it to the main page, ie vote for boobs. It's a "progressive web application designed with the sophisticated user in mind" trying to "carve out an exception to the rule" of shady adult sites on the web. I actually found it in a review by the next site on this list...
