Instruments I Wanna Own and Play

This is perfect for my natural approach to music.

I only like violins when they sound like crying women. But I think an erhu does a better job. I would like to learn it and make some songs that I would sing to. I think it would be intimate. Also, I don't like when people play the saw--a common misconception of things I like and don't like.

The love interest likes to torture me by not letting me see her play it. I'm sure it wouldn't make her look like this failed Lone Gunmen lovechild. But oh what a beautiful song he gently pours (about how he was a couple notches away from a healthy birth). Play on, my brother. Play on.

I forgot I wanted to own a cajon. When I was in my first band, I was a drummer, and I hated lifting/loading/unloading, and I'd try to strip the drumset to its bare essentials or less, but my friend/lead guy kept adding things to play. One of my dreams was to just play a cajon and call it a day. It's just one thing and can be carried around to all sorts of places. Ideal for the lazy drummer. I also have a penchant for drumming around my crotch area.
