Introduction
Which movies were good trilogies while they lasted. Which ones never made it but should have.
1
Indiana Jones

The Indiana Jones trilogy has been one of my favorites for years. Harrison Ford was yummy in those days. With the fourth movie coming out it's no longer a trilogy and unfortunately Harrison doesn't look so great with his shirt off anymore! Unless Shia LaBeouf has beefed up a lot, I don't think he'll be able to compete.

Star Wars
I know we've got six of them now, but you've got to admit Episodes 4, 5, and 6 were a great trilogy while they lasted. And again, we had Harrison Ford. Isn't is amazing that he's been in two of the most unforgettable movie trilogies of our time. The only other person who can say that is Orlando Bloom. But that's another list isn't it?
3
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider
Come on, you know you wanted another one. Angelina Jolie kicking butt. Everybody's butt. Robots, statues, guys, sharks. And I've got to have a pair of those boots,

Charlie's Angels

Okay, so I'm a fan of women who can take care of themselves. And in high heels no less. I love action movies and chick flicks. This is the perfect combination. Come on Drew, this so needs to be a trilogy.

Home Alone

Cute kids, getting the upper hand on the bad guys, I love it. These movies are lots of fun even if they do give your kids ideas But they should have stopped while they were ahead. Lots of people don't even know they made a fourth one. And they really shouldn't have.

Sister Act

In the interest of family films. I decided to include Sister Act. It's one of those guilty pleasures in my book. Every time I'm flipping through the channels and it's on I stop and watch it. I think we could do with a 3rd one. Maybe Britney Spears is desperate enough to do the remake at this point. Though I don't know how realistic she'd be as a nun or a Las Vegas head liner at this stage.
Great list informative, this chick knows her way around movies, honesty and humor refreshing.

I love the comment on Lara Croft. I forced my 92-year-old mother to watch that one. She kept saying "Why would a woman want to do those things?"

I have never seen any of these movies, but after reading this list, I want to definetly see the Harrison Ford ones.

My husband loves Lara Croft, but I prefer AJ in Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
