Introduction
Apparently, one's political potential can best be judged by how long their character survived the film "Predator" in conjunction with a sordid personal history.
I'm thinking that Carl Weathers could take the nation by storm, so keep an eye on that guy.
Jesse "The Body" Ventura
Not even a pro wrestling career and libertarian values could overcome the political capital garnered by his role as Blain, first as the mayor of a Minnesota town and eventually as Governor of the state from 1999 to 2003.

Arnold Schwarzenegger
The man who played Dutch may have been an inarticulate foreign bodybuilder before this film, but it served as a major springboard into the political realm. Mr. Schwarzenegger is currently in his second term as the Governor of California.

Sonny Landham

This former resident of federal prison and pornographic film star, parlayed his role as Billy into several hard-fought, but unsuccessful campaigns for office, including the Kentucky Republican gubernatorial primary, a brief run for the office of Governor as an independent, and a 2004 bid for the United States Senate.

Bill Duke
Mac was appointed to the California State Film Commission Board in 2003 and has served for the past three years.
Elpidia Carrillo
The woman who played Anna has thus far chosen to explore her political activism through her acting, most notably in "A Day Without a Mexican," which addressed immigration issues in the US.
Carl Weathers

The man who played Dillon is a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee which is accountable to Congress and he is a documented contributor to political action committees. I think we will be hearing a lot from him in years to come.
Jesse Vuntura spoke his mind... that was a good thing. They should have Henry Rollins run for office.
