they don't talk
You can sit in silence and not feel like you need to speak

happily greet you when you come home
if your gone 5 days or 5 minutes, doesn't matter. they're still excited as ever to see you

will snuggle with you no matter what
even if you just got back from a long run, smell like crap, and are sweating from head to toe

damn cute
big ears, major underbite, scruffy hair, walks with a limp, fat....doesn't matter their still cute as ever

easy to please
going for a walk and maybe tossing a tennis ball around - witha possible treat at the end of the day, is all they ever need to be happy

love you unconditionally- need i say more
but they also munch butt, cost a lot of money to take care of, have various phsycological problems, shed, ruin furniture, bark incessantly, dig...BUT even after all that I still wouldnt trade them for the world
I wish I had thought of this list--I love it and I love my dog!
