cool stuff for the week of July 21, 2007

If you're into him this recent show is pretty good and nice quality. The gig was at this amazing little place called Le Maroquinerie in Paris. I saw Wilco here and it was out of control.

I originally read this in the Wall Street Journal and was really impressed and humbled. I can name 300+ athletes and probably can't name 5 living American artists if you exclude rock stars and actors.

One of the best things I've read in a while.

She rocks. Can't wait to see her at Treasure Island Festival.
