Why I haven't made a list in what seems like forever!!!

Ok, it's been a damn long time (April) since I have posted a new list, time to wake up a little.
Here are my reasons for not posting a new list:
I'm a slacker
OlHippie had me pegged from the start, I won't deny it. I often get sidetracked easily on other projects.
The well ran dry
Not being a marathon runner, I was tapped after crossing the 300 mark making lists. The well on occasion runs dry.
Britney Spears
This really doesn't have anything to do with my list making abilities. However, how this skank still has a career baffles me. Same goes for uber ho's Hilton, Ritchie and Lohan.
I have been busier than a fluffer at a porn convention
Might be an odd way of describing it, but I have my hands full... so it applies here. Performing my music online at Secondlife has kept me stupid busy, as well has everything else going on.
Summer
I was so busy this summer, I had little time to do anything, let alone have fun. I worked nearly every day for five months solid, sneaking in a four day vacation to Prince Edward Island along the way.
If I didn't work for myself I would have quit. Maybe I can fire myself? hmmmm... a paradox.....

My health
Well, that used to be a concern. I cannot use that term any more since I am near back to normal, whatever that is. I have even been off the grass for over a year now, not that it was a big deal or part of my decline in health last winter. Reality sucks.

The FUCKING bullshit lists that appear here now
Thats right, I dropped the F bomb. SO WHAT!! That is how strongly I feel about Noah and Kelly's website being used as a marketing tool by people that create accounts only to spam us users. I NEVER click your links people, I won't give you the satisfaction.

This will probably happen with this list. The regulars that I know and love have become disenchanted like I have, with good reason. (see
#7 above for that good reason)

My ass was sore
Ok, I can't use that really for an excuse as I have been sitting here performing almost daily online for months, however it's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!
Hey Dude! Good to to see a REAL list again. The site has definitely been overrun by spammers. This may spur a renaissance.
I've got a couple of best of 2008 lists I'm working on.
Perhaps this weekend I'll delete all the junk....

So good to hear from you again. And I'm very glad that your health is no longer a concern. You are only one of 3 or 4 listers I would bother to log in for. I don't know what is going to happen to the site. I got tired of logging on for spam. I could say that you always were a sore ass; which is different than a bad ass - John Wayne; or a big ass - Michael Moore; or a dumb ass - too many to mention and most are politicians. Hmmm a dumb ass with a big ass? Whoa, that could be an interesting list.

It's good to see all the old names.
As usual, I have been as busy as a one armed paper hanger, with work and the election (Yeah! We won.). Even took a week off to lay in the hospital with pneumonia in both lungs, sucking up IV antibiotics. Big fun, but got out in time for the election, and post election celebrations. Only 61 more days!
Married off my son.......again. And lost more money in one week than I had made in the previous five years. But hey, who wants to retire?

I'm sorry to hear you were adversely affected by the unstable stock markets and that you also had a recent battle with pneumonia. I am glad to hear that your health has since improved, though.
Unfortunately, I think it is going to take more than a few doses of antibiotics to get the economy up and running again.
