Introduction
I keep going to the list URLs and there isn't a list. What's the deal? I don't mean to be cranky, but one item is not a list. Take a look at some real pros like gratefuldaisy, annalouise, jarroyo or Norm. Those are lists. Not these listed below - these are fakes.
Where Every Ad Knows Your Name

This sounded kind of "Cheers-ey" so I went to check it out.
Nothing there but the green screen; zip, nada, blanko.

24 Ways to Achieve Success

Ok, I'll bite. Every one likes to be successful at what ever they are doing. It's a cute little worker icon. One picture over and over for 12 times in the day and 12 times in the night.
I'm disappointed. Work is definitely a very important key to success but not the only one. Maybe dave99910 is "working" on some more. I'm hopeful.

Top 10 Amazing Lab Reactions

Now this looks like fun. Nope just a link to another site. I don't have time for this. When did the listers get so lazy? There is no creativity here. This one could have been great with pictures or youtubes.
Donating Your Car for Charity - times two
Now I was interested in this one because we have twice done this. One time worked really well. The organization was legitimate; they paid the needy but capable guys to fix up old cars that were donated, then resold them and used the money to help the guys. We donated our son's 1994 Tempo (not running) and saw it later around town running and all shiny.
Then we had a 1996 Sunfire. The first group was no longer around for whatever reason. It is not as easy to donate a car as you would think, especially not locally. Salvation Army, Good Will, local Kitchen / Food Pantry, etc. - not interested because they had no way to fix them up.
Point being, I was looking forward to see what the lister had to say so if I found myself in the same situation I would know what to do. HMMM! Not so much. I will do what I did last time; get on line and send the car off to some other place with an organization that specializes in this.

Was hoping to learn something new. NOPE!
All About Kitty Litter

I don't have a cat; although I think kittens are really cute. I'm thinking this would be one of those informative lists that suggests alternate ideas of the use of kitty litter.
Nope, nope nope. Just another link. DANG!

Where Have all the Listers Gone?
I'm thinking of a tune here; this Marlene Dietrich, of course Pete Seeger wrote it and Peter Paul and Mary popularized it.
Are there any creative folks out there who could adapt the words to fit my title?

Lets get back on track
We had some great lists going there for awhile. Wonderful listers with terrific ideas: Raant, Ol' Hippie, LuckyDog, kathybelle, Emory, Mr. Lister... and so many more. Those were the days my friend - whoa another Peter, Paul and Mary moment. But OML provided great entertainment, good information, the space to share fun things and ideas, without the commitment of a blog, and the opportunity to "make the acquaintance" of some really nice and talented people.
If you want to make a list; take the time to make the list even if you don't add pictures or videos. This would be my opinion and not that of the sponsors or administrators of this site; but if all you do is get on, add one item with nothing more than a link, you are insulting all of the great listers who work hard to provide something else. Just take a look a gratefuldaisy's "train" list. That is how it is done.
Hmmm, maybe I'd better go get a margarita now.

Well put Pam. I hate wasting my clicks on fake lists. Maybe we should start a petition list.

Thank you for your kind words and support, Pam. I miss all the disappearing listers too, and am tired of clicking on lists that turn out to be nothing but ads for someone trying to sell something or promote their business.

I've started trying weed out all the spammy lists. Feel free to use the report button at the end of the list, before the comments, to help me out.
Thanks for the feedback.
