Introduction
After 9 years of ups and downs, these are the lingering issues that make me want to work at Radio Shack
1
Surfing the internet
2
Smoke Breaks
3
Server crashing
4
Excessive absenses
5
Paying for sub-par performance
6
Fixing bone head customer issues
7
Having meetings about the same thing OVER and OVER again and AGAIN
8
Worker Compensation Insurance
I like how "surfing the internet" was #1. Is that you or your employees????!! Shooo!! Also, you forgot "getting sued".

Hello, I'm a web-surfing, chain-smoking, poor-health, lazy, meet-happy, accident-prone, half-wit looking for a job. Can you help me?

Gotta go with John on this one. I never minded the customers, as they made me a lot of money, but the employees were the worst. See employee problems are not directly proportional to the number of employees, it's an exponential relationship. If you double the number of employees, you square the number of problems. And oh my God, the women employees with PMS; "Well, (sniff sniff) I've been here for, like, two weeks longer than Doug (sniff sniff sob) and I don't think it's fair (tears flowing freely now) that he got the new 20 inch monitor (sniff sniff sob sob)instead of me." Sorry ladies, but you know it's true.

I thought there was no crying in baseball?
Men are just as bad; just in a different way. I sold plumbing supplies in AZ for years and was the only female in a male dominated world. The one-up-manship, the description of utterly impossible sexual experiences, then just get them started on cars and/or sports and all production goes down the drain. (That's plumbin' talk)
