Introduction
I'm starting to think the reason why everyone loves iPods is they are some form of artifical life plugged into the entire universe. Maybe Steve Jobs is really from an Alien planet where everyone wears black shirts.
I thought I was the only person who's iPod was creepy, I'm not the only one.

Kashmir
news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070812/music_nm/kashmir_mus…
While readin the news I come across an article about Kashmir, see link. I immediatly think "Hmm, when's the last time I listened to Kashmir by Led Zeppelin". No more than 2 minutes later Kashmir comes on through my stereo via my ipod.
My iPod was plugged into my Stereo, not my computer, set to random (with a 500 song playlist)...and I had not listened to the song before that for 6 months.
Creepy, but this is just the most recent incident.

To Live and Die in LA
I'm on vacation in CA and I turn onto the freeway towards San Bernadino and I have a decision to make "Do I go to LA tonight, back to San Diego, or head up to San Fran..." and 30 seconds after I get onto the freeway tupac's "To live and die in LA" comes on. My iPod decided for me. Creepy.
BTW, playlist was a smart playlist, with 4 days of music, on random....
