I will miss the afternoon football games to help someone move a fu**ing 300lb furnace.

I only ask for 15/20 days per year to sit on the couch and watch football. 15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's not too much to f*cking well ask for is it????

Aw, gee, Raant, sorry to hear you're having such a bad day. :(
I could tape the games for you on the VCR and mail them to you, but then you'd need to have a machine to play the tape on, which I guess you must not have or you'd just tape them yourself. Can't help you with the gas tank much either. Hmmm...maybe some ice on your toe will make it feel better? And, perhaps you can catch the highlights of the games you'll miss on ESPN later on TV or online. I bet whoever you are helping will be glad you're around, at least! And it's nice to be appreciated, isn't it? :)

Raant, rethink that piano thing, her stairs are a killer. You would have to go outside, up the hill and around. If you decide to go make sure she cooks for you, she is awesome at spaghetti, garlic bread and raw carrots.

Sounds good....Spaghetti is one of my favorites, but it's a moot point if that piano isn't in tune. I don't want to move an out of tune piano.

I agree kathybelle, but I would be playing the piano before, during and after the big move. I need a tuned piano to save the eardrums of everyone within earshot or there may be some unnecessary pain involved. Now.... about that spaghetti....

uh, Raant, just a little heads up to you on the side----I got a glimpse of the menu for meals at Kathy's house, and I don't think that's really spaghetti she's serving. You might want to pack a lunch to bring with you when you go to move the piano. See for yourself here:
