Introduction
Here's a few ideas that helped me make lists. Maybe they'll inspire you, too.
1
Look Around Your Room
Common objects are great inspiration for any list. iPods, beds, computers, phones, and the list…literally…goes on and on. Just look around your room, and let the lists come.
2
Think About What You Did As a Kid
Whether its TV shows, games, or toys, the objects and ideas that surround childhood are constantly entertaining. Someone once remarked “It’s never to late to have a great childhood.”
3
Take a common daily action and give it a twist
Walking down the street. Ordering coffee. Faxing documents. Whatever it is you do, put a twist on it, and make a list.
4
Think about the music and movies you like and ask why
Word of mouth is the best way new ideas travel. Share all the music and movies you love. Spread the love.
5
WWJD if he had to make a list?
6
Think about a particular year
1993? 1969? 2001? Doesn’t it feel like every year has its own feeling? List about a year, and see how accurate yours sense is to others.
wow, this is really good! I like this list. Thanks Cory.
