This one is a great aid to your diet. Keeps you on your feet and off the couch. Unless, of course, you make potato salad or french fries out of the potato.

(As Karl would say, "I like them french fried potaters. mmm hmmm." And that potater would make a lot of french fries!)

This couch made as a promotional item for a Domino's Pizza contest in 2005 boasts the following features:

This looks like something my sons would buy. Of course, with this being from 2005, there is probably something available now that has even more or fancier gadgets attached to it. Maybe you could even find one that doesn't have the Domino's logo emblazoned all over it. Egads!

Hmmm, this one has a sort of elegant look about it, I suppose, but it wouldn't last ten minutes in my house with two teenage boys.

This is not really a couch, more like a bench. This one just strikes me as ugly. It reminds me of the big sewer tiles they had on our playground when I was growing up for us kids to crawl through. With no back to lean against, this also looks very uncomfortable to me.

My mother used to tell me if you don't have something good to say, don't say anything at all. So now you will hear me not saying anything at all.

The ends swivel out like the knife it is modelled after to provide extra seating or a foot rest. Don't worry there are no sharp edges.

This youtube is rather long, about ten minutes. It shows how the Porsche 917 couch is made, if anyone is interested in that sort of thing. I would strongly advise you to turn the sound off to watch it, though, because the background music to the video will make you want to drill holes into your brain.
