Introduction
these are my favorite dishes to make. some of them have the recipe linked for your cooking pleasure.
green chili with pork
www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/237…
love this so much with tortilla chips. i add 1/2 a bottle of green tabasco sauce too. fuego.
white chicken chili
www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/114…
i use canned white canneillini beans to keep it simple. i use a whole free-range chicken for the meat and the stock to keep it good.
green curry
i learned how to make this in my thai cooking class in boston. one of noah's favorites.
gazpacho
when the tomatoes are good, watch out. my mother-in-law made this once, and i've never been able to get it quite as good.
ham and gouda sanwiches with frisee and caramelized onions
www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/231…
so yums and very satisfying.
chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce

labor intensive, but really mouth-watering.
dolmas - stuffed grape leaves
noah's grandma mastered the dolmas. i've never had any better. wrapped in her syrian bread....i miss her. she made the most amazing stuffed zucchini too.
fish tacos
blackened fish, red cabbage, pico de gallo, avocados, yogurt/sour cream/cilantro sauce with a squirt of lime juice. delish!
any stir-fry
miscellaneous vegetables with chicken or beef.
spaghetti with meat sauce
this hits the spot like no other.
turkey burgers
i like lots of pepper in the patties.
gussied up chocolate chip cookies
take the normal recipe, throw in some dark chocolate chips, cashews and/or oatmeal. so good. and freeze the little dough balls you don't cook, and then you're ready to roll when the craving hits.
cherry apricot crumble
we just made this as suggested by a recipe in our CSA box. apricots and cherries are rolling off the trees. side note: CSA stands for "community supported agriculture". we get a box of seasonal, organic produce from a local farm once a week. we subscribe to terra firma. LOVE IT.
french silk pie
this use to be my specialty, passed on from my grandma kate. i haven't made it in a long time. i think i fear the amount of butter that it calls for.
pork chop with kale and tomatoes
this isn't the official name of this dish, but it's a great thing to make during the winter.
linguine with red clam sauce
www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/104…
i just made this last night and took the advice of reviews on epicurious. delish. and even better the next day for lunch.
pasta with green vegetables and herbs
www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/238…
this was really healthy, tasty and easy. i added chicken too.
tomato sandwiches
noah just rocked this sandwich. it's not cooking, per se, but oh so tasty, easy and good for you. wheat bread, mayo, fresh garden ripe tomatoes, salt and freshly ground pepper.
5 stars despite the lack of desserts. But any list with fish taco is a 5 star list. I should put up some food lists. Stealing this idea (but rather than sharing recipes, I'll link pics).

Hey Kelly, this is such a great list. It is interesting to know what other people cook besides myself. Regarding your #15... I made banana nut muffins yesterday with 1/2 lb. of butter (2 sticks)!!!!

Oh, man. I want to come to dinner at your house. Dolmas? One of my #1 favorite foods, but I've never found a home recipe. May have to make those one of these days. Thanks!

Wow. It is 1 PM here in Springfield, and I am really hungry. As I glanced through this list my stomach got angry and growled at me! If I were to ask someone to give me a description of making enchiladas in 6 words or less, yours would be the perfect one!
